1924 the well known Austrian writer Joseph Roth travelled through his homeland East Galizia by order of the well-known newspaper
„Frankfurter Zeitung“. 100 years after Roth`s birth the East European landscape once again passes through enormous changes.
The film contrasts the world of Joseph Roth with today`s Galizia.
